Woman's 1948 green velvet skull cap style hat with side swept pleats that end in flower like extension. Hat also features a large rehinestone flower pin. Label reads: Desgined exclusively for Joseph Horne Co. by Lemington. Hat has a gold and blue farle lining with beige binding. Hat was orginally part of Metzger donation 1999.012.
