Royal blue velvet is crushed on one side and pinned with 2 smiall silver balls set with rhinestones. Hat is lined in cream silk which is embroidered in the crown with, "William Taylor Son & Co., London Cleveland Paris". Hat has small brim effect in front. Was 1990 inventory #200.
