Woman's red felt hat with fine red plastic and metal lipstick shaped toggels attached to softly gathered felt at front of hat. There is a black grosgrain ribbon around inside rim of hat which is made to fit close to top of head. Plastic comb is attached to front of hat to secure hat to head. Cloth label pictures a blue Maccaw and reads: "Maccaw Hats, Cleveland". Was 1990 inventory #5.
