Koran War era, Air Force summer uniform jacket in Air Force blue w/ a 4-button front.
Buttons are silver embossed w/ 13 stars around an eagle over a shield; smaller versions of these are on shoulder straps and on 4 patch pockets on front.
Both sleeves have 3-stripe patches centered w/ a star (E-4 Senior Airman).
Style of jacket is known as "Bus Driver."
