Several hundred letters written from Joseph Pizzie to his wife Stella Malinowski Pizzie during World War II and just after. Pizzies lived in Painesville during the war, but later owned and operated a shoe store in Willoughby and moved there after the war. The name of their shop was P-Z Shoe Service.
