Letter from J.A. Kleeberger

Name/Title

Letter from J.A. Kleeberger

Entry/Object ID

2001.597.1

Scope and Content

Letter addressed to "Dear Bro" (probably meaning "Fellow Minister"). J.A. was having a difficult time with his ministry dealing with southerners who had not buried the hatchet and miners who swore a lot. He was answering a letter (probably from C.A. ) asking about their last name. J.A. supposes that they are more than 20th cousins. There was a United Brethren Minister at Oberlin who had the same initials, J.A.
