Note: The story is copied from "The Narrative of Milton Clark" in the possession of Mrs. Frances Ensign Fuller of Madison. Her granddaughter of Deacon Horace Ensign was one of those who kept a station on the Underground Railroad and assisted in the escape of Milton Clark.
