Button picture of a swan is mounted on navy velvet in a gold painted frame. Picture is composed of various sizes of mother-of-pearl buttons for the body w/ black buttons for the face and yellow buttons for the beak. "Water is created by clear cut buttons and a Mother-of-Pearl fish. Two small bird buttons are pinned on.
