Round white dessert plate w/china painted designs in pinks, green, & black: rose stem w/leaves in center w/circle & zigzags around it; dotted border on edge of plate; quilted-look, curved design w/ flowers & leaves in between on rim. Faint red stamp on back: "JAPAN". Also, handwritten "C" through "M" in gray paint. Was Inv. #1134.
