Square, ivory silk scarf, plain weave, embroidered in pastel, multi-colored, heavy, satin stitch embroidery. Central design is a rondel w/an Oriental couple within a garden & birds in flight; simple blossom motifs surround the rondel; each corner has flowers & S curved branches, & the borders are of multicolored, scrolls interspersed w/blossoms, buds, & leaves.
Hand-stitched hem at two (2) edges.
