Base and band at top in deep mauve trimmed in gold.
Three (3) dimensional green & gold tulip leaves topped by yellow & gold lined tulips on each side.
Face has varigated bouquet painted on white ground.
No maker marks.
Incised "42" & "2" on bottom.
