Black and white photo of Windecker Eagle N4195G being tested in White Sands, New Mexico. Written on photo is the following: "White Sands-1972, USA" and "STEALTH (a derivative of Eagle technology) Beginning in 1963, representatives of Dow and Windecker attempted to interest the military and government in the potential stealth capabilities of composites. There was no interest. In 1972, Congressman George Mahon arranged a meeting with Lt. Gen. Otto Glosser, Air Force head of Research. Gen. Glosser arranged for the Radar Signature of the Eagle to be tested at White Sands, New Mexico."
