Description

Black and white photograph of the plaque that was once hung out front of Clover Park High School. The plaque lists the names of various people involved with the building's creation, including the Clover Park School District Board of Directors (L. W. Doten, Stanley F. Lytle, J. T. S. Lyle, Nellie Wootan, John K. Mass, and Mrs. H. E. Leibe), district secretary Iva Alice Mann, district superintendent A. G. Hudtloff, State Superintendent of Public Instruction Pearl A. Wanamaker, and building architects Charles and Clarence Rueger. The plaque also mentions that the building was built by state, federal, and local funds, and was dedicated 11/23/1943. The photograph appears to have been taken when the plaque was still mounted to the building's brick exterior.
