Lyle, Nellie Wootan, John K. Mass, and Mrs. H. E. Leibe), district secretary Iva Alice Mann, district superintendent A. G. Hudtloff, State Superintendent of Public Instruction Pearl A. Wanamaker, and building architects Charles and Clarence Rueger. The plaque also mentions that the building was built by state, federal, and local funds, and was dedicated 11/23/1943.
