wrapped in blanket. Cloth body doll with wooden hands and head painted with peach colored enamel-like paint. Head has cracks up cheeks and forehead. The hair is carved into the head and a light blonde. Remnants of the pink for the lips can be found on the mouth. The cheeks are still blushed. There is a small hole in the back of the head at the top of the 'spine' area. The eyes are no longer visible, but there is a rattle in the head when lifted. Both hands are painted the same as the head with cracks on the palm and back of the hands. The fingers are worn through to the wood. there is some rough wood exposed on the right hand.
The right arm is slightly longer than the left arm, both are stitched to the side of the body. The right arm is slightly ron at the shoulder The body is mostly soft, but had a firm circle in the chest. the edges of this circle are slightly raised.
The legs are stitched on to the body at the bottom. The feet are 'booty' shaped and have vague definition. The doll wears a pair of cotton 'bloomers' with lace around the leg and a flat band around the waist. The 'bloomers' are attached to the doll with a safety pin in the back.
All openings to the body are attached to their corresponding parts with string wrapped around the fabric. The fabric of the body with dirt and greyed with some staining near the left shoulder.
