A plaque with wood backing.
The body of the plaque is white, with a thin golden interior boarder. At the center of the golden box is a shield crest, divided into four parts by an orange cross. In the upper left is what appears to be a an oil lamp with flame coming out. In the upper right is a diagram of an atom. In the bottom left is a laurel wreath. In the bottom right is a lyre. The banners at the top and bottom read: "LAKES H.S. / LANCERS". At the top of the upper banner is a knight in full armor with a lance and shield with an orange cross. The knight sits atop a horse with saddle and bridle.
There is a brassy metal ring at the top of the plaque.
