Name/Title

A small crowd gathers around several people crouching near the ground, some holding construction equipment, possibly a groundbreaking ceremony

Description

Scan of photograph of what appears to be a ground breaking ceremony. There is a small crowd overseeing a small group of people, mostly crouching, with various bits of digging equipment. Photo is pixelated enough that it is difficult to distinguish any one person, but the third man from the right appears to be A. G. Hudtloff, so it is likely Clover Park Jr-Sr High School or another Clover Park School District school.
