Iron, with handle, sits on 4-legged trivet. The iron has a cast iron base with top made of another metal. A metal handle is attached to the base with screws. A wooden hand-grip is attached to the metal handle with metal screws. A metal plate is attached to back of the iron with screws. inscription reads "Patented Simplex Quality T D V' 110 A.'" Electric wires have been inserted into the rear top of iron base. A piece of appled ceramic holds the two electric wires. Metal trivet is stamped with the "GE" "General Electric" logo.Collection
