Buckle reads: "LAUREL H S" with State Seal between the "H" and the "S"
Marian A. Thompson Mathews ("Mother Goose") gave the buckle to Mary Mallonee. Ms Mathews resides in Savage, MD. She is a sister of Elizabeth Shipley Fetty & a cousin of Mary Mallonee; she purchased the buckle in 1927 when she graduated from Laurel High School.
