1954 Certificate by the Military Commissariat of the Chernivtsi Oblast
Subject
CERTIFICATE Issued to Colonel of the Reserve Ivan Nikolayevich Kardonov. This certifies that he receives a Ministry of Defense pension for years of service and, pursuant to the Decree of the Council of People's Commissars (SNK) of the USSR dated June 21, 1945 (No. 1466), holds the right to receive and to use, free of charge and without time limit, a plot of land. This plot is intended for individual housing construction, the construction of a holiday home (dacha), or the establishment of a garden in cities, workers' settlements, or dacha areas, with a size ranging from one-half to three-quarters of a hectare (0.5 to 0.75 ha). This certificate is issued for presentation to the Executive Committee (Ispolkom) of the Council of Working People's Deputies at his place of residence.
