Text on backside: After a hard and tenacious battle, the city of Lemberg in Galicia was captured by our troops. The population, who had hidden in cellars for days, streamed into the streets to greet the German soldiers joyfully upon their first appearance. Our picture shows bicycle squads riding through the streets of Lemberg.
