When the nave of the resurrected Republic of Poland was headed by President Ignacy Mościcki, in the Iviv archdiocese Archbishop X. Bolesław Twardowski was in charge of the souls, and in the city of Lviv Mayor Józef Neumann was the ruler, these bells were funded by the Lviv burghers for the Church of St. Lazarus of the Republic of Poland in 1927.
