The Core (Seasoned Solid-Core Bamboo): Harvested and cured under strict environmental protocols.
Shade-Drying (2+ Years): The 7.5 ft culm was dried in the shade to ensure a slow, uniform evaporation of moisture. This metallurgical-equivalent "process" prevents internal micro-fractures, maintaining the bamboo's natural tensile strength.
