My Design & Engineering Observations
My Choice of Blade Architecture (The Leaf-Shaped Spear Point):
I am looking at three identical single-piece steel daggers with a symmetrical Leaf-Point profile.
My Technical Logic: Symmetrical geometry is mandatory for a throwing implement to ensure a predictable Flight Path. By utilizing a wide "belly" that tapers acutely to the tip, I have achieved a state of high Point-Pressure Concentration, ensuring that the dagger can breach a target from multiple rotational angles.
Surface Condition: I notice some surface oxidation and "impact scarring" on the blades. This documents my Active Training History, recording the environmental stress and metal-on-metal contact inherent in a high-volume throwing practice.
My Handle & Balance Architecture:
The handles are "Skeletonized," featuring a series of circular Lightening Holes and a black administrative coating.
My Mechanical Logic: In a throwing dagger, the Balance Point is the most critical variable. By removing mass from the handle through these holes, United Cutlery has shifted the center of gravity toward the blade. This creates a "Blade-Heavy" bias, which provides me with a more stable, predictable rotation during the release phase.
The Grip: The flat, un-textured profile allows for a smooth, frictionless release from my palm, eliminating any "Mechanical Drag" that could destabilize the dagger's flight.
