Description

Farm barn and house built by Edward Yates on his land at the intersection of Bishop Rd., Hwy 99 (Jackson Hwy) and Yates Hill Rd. about 5 miles southeast of Chehalis, WA. House was erected about 1905/15 barn was built earlier. Note newly paved Hwy. 99, done in 1923. Yates settled there in 1888. Photo donated by: Carl Geiger, present owner in 1995.
