First store in Kosmos was Kosmos Korner Store built and owned by James Albert Ulsh. He sold it to Jim and Elizabeth Barrett. They used 2 horses and rollers to move the building across the road. Barretts sold to John & Edna Carnahan. They sold to Vic and Maude Morrison. The Post Office on left was later in its own building. The end of the story: Flooded by Tacoma Light.
