Photo showing the original Winlock Egg on a truck. The people in the photo were employees of the Western Farmers Assoc. The egg was hauled on truck from Toledo to Vancouver to dedicate Highway 99 in 1929. Later it was put on a platform with farm information across from the old depot. Later it was destroyed and a new egg was installed on the north side of the road about 150' north of the original site. Have negative.
