Virginia & Truckee Railroad has three surviving locomotives. It steams at times at the V&T Museum in Carson City, NV. Thanks to Hollywood, 3 V&T steam locomotives survive. Last to leave the property before abandonment was Ten-Wheeler 2nd No. 25 (Burnham, Williams & Co. 1905). Although the classic 4-6-0 no longer double-heads the morning mixed to Minden or pulls specials for Lucius Beebe, it is steamed occasionally at the V&T Museum in Carson City, NV. The other two V&T veterans, 4-4-0s Nos. 18 Bayton and 22 Onyo, share the stable.Collection
