Scace Hospital, later owned by Dr. P. W. Sweet and Dr. E. L. Barr at 703 H St., Centralia, WA. Later was St. Luke's Nursing Home, operated by Catholic Sisters of Charity of Providence in 1945 thru the 1960's.
Ronald Ormbrek purchased it in the 1970's. In the 1980's he began converting to apartments.
