Description

Lidgerwood Tower Skidder used at McDonald Weyerhaeuser to load logs. The tower on the front was raised and served as a spar tree. The skidder was moved about on four RR trucks. Empty log cars passed under it and were loaded in sequence by the tower. These skidders are reputed to haul in from the cutting site and load 12 cars a day. Oversize
