Slat back child's rocker. Three arched slats supported by turned siderails capped with acorn finials. Simple turned arms and front posts. Plain rockers added at a later date. Remains of old red and gray painted finish.

Significant wear to wooden parts. Loss of areas of painted finish. Proper right front post with serious break loss. The bore hole towards its top may indicate that this front post has been rotated 180 degrees. Finials atop the stiles show wear that would undicate that this chair was utilized by infants in process of learning to walk.
