Hand ice block marker. Cast iron arm with wooden handle. The arm is attached to a substantial metal blade set within a wooden case. Apparatus also includes a metal runner with a blade set into a wooden bar. This is hinged to the wooden case so that it can run parallel to the blade contained in the case.
