One side is marked 1914-1915 and has the flags of France, Belgium, United Kingdom, as well as the Russian imperial standard and the American flag on it. The other side is marked 16-17 and has the flags of Serbia, Japan, Italy, Romania, and the United States on it. Purse is trimmed in blue, white, red, and yellow ribbon.
