Women's long white cotton petticoat. Bottom half is double layered. Top layer has embroidered floral designs and scalloped edges. Bottom layer has lace edging with floral design. Lace insert around middle of petticoat. Above insert are holes for ribbons. Metal clasp at one side of waist.
