Series 9: Scrapbook pages (copies)Description
Jane Reidenbaugh kept mementos of her years at Lititz High School in a series of scrapbooks with news clippings, photographs, and her own writing. The entries cover a wide range of events from her family life, school events, and visits with friends. Some articles also provide a glimpse issue World War II presented to Jane, her family, and her fellow students at Lititz High School. The paper in the original scrapbooks is brittle and acidic. Because these conditions might damage other aspects of her collection, we removed documents and photographs. These are in series 3 through 8 above. Copies of some explanatory clippings, such as class rings and pennants, are included with those artifacts. Tickets and hotographs of other pages from the three scrapbooks are included in this folder.
