P79-314 Existing Main Street bottleneck, extending north from Parkside Avenue to Ash Street, may be widened and resurfaces this year or next. Plans also call for widening the road under the Chicago and Northwestern Railway Viaduct if it is not too costly to construct a pedestrian underpass.
