"Under the name of the great Italian Poet, Dante Alighieri, whose Divine Comedy is the admiration of the intellectual world, the Dante Society seeks to spread a knowledge and appreciation of the culture and the language of the Italy of Dante and of today. The Lorain Chapter was organized by Reverend Cavaliere Americo Ciampichini, Pastor of St. Peter's Church.
