Notes
Dress was worn by Sandra Ballard's daughter, Moriah Ballard at the 2015 Lorain International Festival. Moriah was first runner-up in the princess pagent. The dress was made in Ghana and given to Moriah by a close family friend, Elizabeth Nicholson. Although it was not her "official" pagent dress, Moriah wore this dress during the several days of the festival.
