Perry Centennial pin July 13-20, 1913
The pin is circular and seems to have a white background (but it might be faded/dirty).
On the front of the pin blue lettering reads "Perry Centennial Home Week" around the top and bottom of the pin. In the very center of the pin in blue lettering it reads "Lorain, Ohio July 13-20, '13". The middle part of the pin is sectioned off by two blue lines (separating the top and bottom of the pin in a way).
