Scope and Content

Documents found within the UPC time capsule which were removed July 23, 2024 the day the building was demolished. The tube was found inside a carved hole inside the datestone. Contents include: - The Constitution of the United Polish Club (organized October 2, 1913 at Lorain, Ohio). 'Konstytucja Zjednoczonego Polskiego Klubu" (half written in Polish, and half written in English). - Program documents from the UPC Corner Stone ceremony - includes order of speakers for the program, schedule of events for the day, committee organizer names, and copies of some of the speeches made that day. (English) The time capsule container is cataloged as 2024.7.5a
