Card Catalog cabinet from the former Lorain Carnegie Library. c1904-1956

Context

At some point in the card catalog's life (likely when the Lorain library moved to 6th Street), it was donated from the Lorain Public Library to the North Ridgeville Library - who gifted it to the North Ridgeville Historical Society. When the Carnegie Center opened in 2015, the North Ridgeville Historical Society gifted it to the Lorain Historical Society so that it could be "home" again in the old Carnegie Library.
