11/16/2022 AMS: cd07090145. jfm040808032. Black and white postcard is view of soldiers digging in ruins of State Theatre on 6/25/1924, day after Lorain, OH Tornado. Tornado hit city at 5:15 p.m. Many people were in the State Theatre. The roof fell in killing many. (More people dead here than in any other one location). Postcard reads: "16A. Soldiers Digging In State Theatre - Lorain, Ohio".
