Fourteen post cards of recent scenes of Lorain 08/25/2021 AMS: cd0829036. Color Postcard is view of open Bascule Bridge. Postcard reads (on back): "LORAIN, OHIO. The Erie Ave. (Route 2 & U. S. 6) Bascule Brdige was the largest of its type in the world when completed in 1940. It is through this bridge that the large lake freighters go up the Black River to the docks of the Lorain works of the U. S. Steel Corporation." CA D3 F15
