A Memorandum Opinion And Order, issued April 01, 1985, and a Consent Decree issued May 15, 1985 by the US District Court, Northern District of Ohio, Eastern Division for the Lorain NAACP, et al., vs. Lorain Board of Education, et. al. This was the basis for Lorain City Schools Magnet Schools, Desegregation Plan and Bilingual Program.
