Context

LCABSE was founded by Charles D. Moody, Sr. and chartered in 1982. The goal of the organization is to provide direction and information throughout the community, help instill a concept of excellence in education, enhance unity, foster positive self-concepts, and broaden the cultural experience of the community at large.
