Photo of Ryan Gatrell standing in front of an AH-64 Apache attack helicopter flying the American flag. Ryan is at the Kandahar Airfield (KAF) in Afghanistan in May of 2021. Ryan served in the U.S. Army and participated in the U.S. retrograde from Afghanistan in 2021. This is one of the last photos of the KAF before it was handed over to the Afghan National Army.
