Portrait of Victor Manuel Toledo. Victor was drafted into the U.S. Army in 1968 and deployed during the Vietnam War. Victor was wounded in combat. His tank was blown up by a land mine and he became an amputee as a result of his injuries. Victor was discharged from the U.S. Army in 1970.Collection
