This flyer was an advertisement for the 2nd Annual Rube Foster Night at the Pipe Yard, held on April 26, 2009 and sponsored by the National Council of Negro Women. This annual event was named after Rube Foster, a pitcher and executive in the Negro Leagues who was often referred to as the "Father of Black Baseball".
