Ferre, Governor of Puerto Rico; Thomas Arias, first President of the Puerto Rican Home; and Mr. Nosher, possibly a congressman (?).

Notes

The photograph was taken by a Lorain Journal photographer. It was owned by the Puerto Rican Home and then passed to Andrieta when it closed. Andrieta was born 1/7/1941. Her husband, Luis, lived in Lorain, they married in Puerto Rico, then came back to Lorain with wife when she was 18.
