Oral history interview with Raul Garcia. Raul served in the U.S. Navy between 1981 and 1984. He then served in the U.S. Navy Reserves between 1984 and 1996. Raul traveled extensively during his time in the U.S. Navy. Raul received a Meritorious Unit Accommodation medal.
