From letter printed in program by Chief of Police Cel Rivera: "In putting together this booklet, it is the FOP's hope that by educating the community in crime prevention techniques, and by getting citizens involved in crime prevention activities, such as Neighborhood Watch, we can reduce the number of crimes in Lorain and increase the quality of life for its citizens. Hopefully, we can help you avoid becoming a victim and provide you with ideas on how to handle the situation, if confronted."Archive Details
